David Whitener is a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations). He is also President, CEO, and founder of the company.

• Participates actively in the Washington State Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute). A Served six years on the Washington State CAI Board of Directors as President, Secretary, and At Large (1999-2005)
• Maintains membership in RHA (Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound)
• Works directly with Managers, conducts Board of Director training seminars, and oversees general operations of the business
• Trained newly elected Board Members by teaching the popular "ABC's for Association Leaders"
• Participated at CA Day as a speaker on "Resolving Association Disputes" and "Construction Defects"
• Taught classes at Lake Washington Technical College on "Rule Making"
