We offer 3 levels of management services:

Full Service Management

The majority of our clients prefer to enjoy all the services we offer. In addition to the services listed below, we provide contractor bids, monitor contractor performance, make regular site visits, schedule and attend Board and Owner meetings. Our management contract outlines the full range of services included in this package.

Accounting Plus

This level of service is for the Board who is capable and willing to "roll up its sleeves" and do much of the management work itself. Our firm provides all the functions of the Accounting Only services AND provides 24-7 telephone support to Board Members regarding vendor selection, contract details, procedural details and similar issues.

Accounting Only

Smaller associations may have qualified leadership on the Board and prefer a simplified arrangement that allows Owners to pay fees electronically and receive a regular financial statement. This service includes 24-7 emergency on call service, pursuit of delinquent Owners and the preparation of an annual budget as directed by the Board of Directors.
