Works directly with Board Members and Owners, processes work orders, attends meetings, scrutinizes bids and contracts, inspects properties, pursues assessment collections, codes payment vouchers and prepares Board packets

Prepares annual budget estimates, organizes and attends Board and Owner meetings

Participates actively in the Washington State Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute)
